A. No. There is no parking lot.
If necessary, please email us and we will arrange a nearby parking lot.
A. No. Smoking of heated cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the facility. Smoking is allowed in front of the entrance or in the garden. If you smoke inside the building, you may be charged cleaning fees, etc.
A. There is a washing machine and dryer in the changing room, so please feel free to use them.
The washing machine costs ¥200 and the clothes dryer costs ¥300. Please put the price in the fare box.
Additionally, we have hangers and laundry clips available in the closet of your room.
You can also dry your clothes on the clothesline in your room.
A. Yes. Please send prepaid to “13-18 Sangenya-cho, Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture 722-0031”. Also, be sure to write the “check-in date” and “guest name” on the slip.
If you would like to send luggage to the guesthouse, please let us know in advance by email.
A. It is possible to store your luggage before check-in, but it will be in the common space on the 1st floor.
Please be sure to bring your valuables with you.
Regarding luggage storage after check-out, please contact the property manager via email during your stay.
A. Check-in is 16:00-22:00, check-out is 10:00.
Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after 22:00. If you do not make a request after 22:00, your reservation may be considered cancelled.
A. For cancellations after reservations have been made, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
・Cancellation up to 1 week in advance: 30% of accommodation fee
・Cancellation 5 days in advance: 100% of accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day: 100% of accommodation fee

A. The accommodation fee will be debited online on the day of check-in. Therefore, there is no need to complete any procedures after check-in.
In case of cancellation, the amount will not be automatically debited.
(Based on the cancellation fee regulations, a cancellation fee may be charged.)
A. Yes. If you would like to pay by cash, please inquire about your reservation by email.
A. Children up to 6 years old can stay for free if they do not add an extra futon.
