A few things to know before you book
🔑 Check-in
- We use a self check-in system — you’ll let yourself in using a key from the key box at the front door. On the morning of your arrival, we’ll send the PIN code to your booking email address. Please have it handy when you arrive.
- Check-in is until 21:00. The path up the hill can be hard to navigate after dark, so arriving while it’s still light is recommended.
🗺️ Getting Here & Luggage
- The guesthouse is up a hill. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage, coin lockers at Onomichi Station might be worth considering.
- Google Maps sometimes suggests a steep or confusing route. We’ll send you a directions guide after booking — it’s worth a quick read!
- There is no car parking at the guesthouse. Please see the Access page for nearby options.
🚲 Parking & Bicycles
- There is space to park bicycles on the grounds of the inn.
- Motorcycles can be parked at the free lot near Onomichi Station’s north exit.
🏠 Rooms & Facilities
- Being on the hillside, there are more insects in summer, and centipedes occasionally appear. Just something to keep in mind.
- Room 6 uses traditional sliding doors without a lock. There’s a small keyed locker in the closet. As the room is next to the common space, guests who prefer more privacy may want to consider one of our other rooms.

- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us directly.

- Up to April 2nd → Free
- April 3rd & 4th → 30%
- April 5th – 9th → 100%
- April 10th (day of) → 100%
