A. It means there is no staff to greet you in person — you let yourself in. Here’s how it works:
① On the morning of your arrival, we’ll send the PIN code to your booking email address
② When you arrive, enter the PIN on the key box attached to the front door handle
③ After entering the PIN, pull the cover of the key box toward you to open it. Take out the key inside and use it to unlock the front door
④ Once inside, scan the QR code to submit the guest registration form
⑤ Check-in is complete!

A. No, there is no parking at the guesthouse. Paid parking is available nearby. Please contact us by email and we will share the details of the closest options.
A. No. Smoking of heated cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the facility. Smoking is allowed in front of the entrance or in the garden. If you smoke inside the building, you may be charged cleaning fees, etc.
A. There is a washing machine and dryer in the changing room, so please feel free to use them.
The washing machine costs ¥200 and the clothes dryer costs ¥300. Please put the price in the fare box.
Additionally, we have hangers and laundry clips available in the closet of your room.
You can also dry your clothes on the clothesline in your room.
A. It is possible to store your luggage before check-in, but it will be in the common space on the 1st floor.
Please be sure to bring your valuables with you.
Regarding luggage storage after check-out, please contact the property manager via email during your stay.
A. Check-in: 16:00–21:00 / Check-out: 10:00 (strictly observed).
As the path to the guesthouse can be tricky to navigate after dark, we recommend arriving before sunset. If you expect to arrive after 21:00, please notify us in advance. Without prior notice, late arrivals may result in cancellation of your reservation.
A. For cancellations after a reservation has been made, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

To cancel, please contact us by email.
A. The accommodation fee will be debited online on the day of check-in. Therefore, there is no need to complete any procedures after check-in.
In case of cancellation, the amount will not be automatically debited.

A. Yes, cash payment is available. Please contact us by email when making your reservation. We kindly ask that you prepare the exact amount if possible.
A. Children up to 6 years old can stay for free if they do not add an extra futon.
A. Same-day reservations can be made directly through our official website. Please check availability on the booking calendar and reserve online. Phone reservations may not always be available.
