A. It means there is no staff to greet you in person — you let yourself in. Here’s how it works:

① On the morning of your arrival, we’ll send the PIN code to your booking email address
② When you arrive, enter the PIN on the key box attached to the front door handle
③ After entering the PIN, pull the cover of the key box toward you to open it. Take out the key inside and use it to unlock the front door
④ Once inside, scan the QR code to submit the guest registration form
⑤ Check-in is complete!
