A. For cancellations after a reservation has been made, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

Timing Cancellation Fee
8 or more days before check-in Free
7–6 days before check-in 30% of accommodation fee
5 days before – day prior to check-in 100% of accommodation fee
Day of check-in 100% of accommodation fee

Example: If your check-in date is April 10th

  • Up to April 2nd → Free
  • April 3rd & 4th → 30%
  • April 5th – 9th → 100%
  • April 10th (day of) → 100%
