Q: Q. What does self check-in mean?

A. It means there is no staff to greet you in person — you let yourself in. Here's how it works: ① On the morning of your arrival, we'll send the PIN code to your booking email address ② When you arrive, enter the PIN on the key box attached to the front door handle ③ After entering the PIN, pull the cover of the key box toward you to open it. Take out the key inside and use it to unlock the front door ④ Once inside, scan the QR code to submit the guest registration form ⑤ Check-in is complete! If you have any questions, feel free to contact us anytime.

Q: Q. Is there a parking lot?

A. No, there is no parking at the guesthouse. Paid parking is available nearby. Please contact us by email and we will share the details of the closest options.

Q: Q. Are there washing machines and clothes dryers?

A. There is a washing machine and dryer in the changing room, so please feel free to use them. The washing machine costs ¥200 and the clothes dryer costs ¥300. Please put the price in the fare box. Additionally, we have hangers and laundry clips available in the closet of your room. You can also dry your clothes on the clothesline in your room.

Q: Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

A. It is possible to store your luggage before check-in, but it will be in the common space on the 1st floor. Please be sure to bring your valuables with you. Regarding luggage storage after check-out, please contact the property manager via email during your stay.

Q: Q. Is there a cancellation fee?

A. For cancellations after a reservation has been made, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows. Timing Cancellation Fee 8 or more days before check-in Free 7–6 days before check-in 30% of accommodation fee 5 days before – day prior to check-in 100% of accommodation fee Day of check-in 100% of accommodation fee Example: If your check-in date is April 10th Up to April 2nd → Free April 3rd & 4th → 30% April 5th – 9th → 100% April 10th (day of) → 100% To cancel, please contact us by email.

Q: Q. When will the accommodation fee be deducted?

A. The accommodation fee will be debited online on the day of check-in. Therefore, there is no need to complete any procedures after check-in. In case of cancellation, the amount will not be automatically debited. (Based on the cancellation fee regulations, a cancellation fee may be charged.)

Q: Q. Can I pay by cash?

A. Yes, cash payment is available. Please contact us by email when making your reservation. We kindly ask that you prepare the exact amount if possible.
