Change / Cancellation

Please use the form below to cancel your booking, or to change your dates, room, or number of guests.

How it works

  1. After you send the form, you will receive an automatic email confirming we received it (this is not yet a confirmation).
  2. We will review your request and send a confirmation email, usually within 24 hours. Your request is complete when you receive that email.
  3. If you do not hear from us within about 3 days, please send the form again.

* For changes of dates or rooms, we will check availability and let you know whether it is possible and any additional charge. For changes in the number of guests, we will recalculate the charge.
